Designed with care to maintain the traditional taste of Chianti Classico, but with a slight spring in its step to keep it from coming across as excessively "rigorous".
The strong presence of crunchy fruits in the aroma allows a perfect match with cold cuts on top of bruschettas, soups of legumes or even pasta with white-meat sauces or vegetable sauces. Tannins are fresh and straightforward and the acidity is high, which makes it perfect for a Tagliata or a Florentine steak, or for any red meat cooked raw. Very interesting match with medium-aged, savoury cheeses.
