The Casa Emma vinegar is obtained from Sangiovese grapes, after a slow acidification using traditional methods and natural fermentation on the vine shoots.
Refined in small oak barrels, it presents a delicate bouquet that exalts its enjoyment and the taste of the dish: ideal for salads and refined dishes.
