Guests are always welcomed at Casa Emma, which has an open door policy even on Sundays, for those who want to taste our products in a place suspended between two extraordinary wine realms: Florence and Siena.
Laura, Paolo and Fabrizio have been dedicated to welcoming visitors for years (individuals and small groups) and explaining how, through hard work and patience, excellent wine is produced from the initial rows of vines.
After having seen the route undertaken by the clusters of grapes that pass from the vineyard, through a variety of procedures to the wine cellar, tasting time comes and our wine can be taken together with Tuscan sheep’s cheese and salami from the Sienese belt on the panoramic terrace immersed in the charming Tuscan countryside or in the tasting room.
For anyone who likes tasting our wines at their best, we can serve it accompanied by a little selection of bruschettas, salami and cheeses typical of the region. Our visits last about an hour and booking is necessary. Contact us for reservations.

We recently presented our new Reserve 2006 vintage. The climatic conditions in 2006 was excellent, especially in summer when we got warm and sunny days that led to the ripeness of an excellent standard, then the month of September, has completed the enrichment of polyphenols and sugar with warm days and cool nights with differences in temperatures of 13/15 degrees centigrade between night and giorno.Il wine shows the sight of a beautiful red ruby load at the nose is rich with aromas of red fruit among them being the el'amarena wild cherry, spicy sensations such as leather and coffee on a background of vanilla from aging in wood up, never intrusive. In the mouth it is structured, rich and inviting, with soft tannins and pleasant, with a length of taste great. Try with red meats: roasts or preferably stufati.Continua yet a little selling of the last cases of Reserve 2005, which has reached its optimum maturity in the bottle. |
